the first volume is scheduled for July 2012, volume 3 for July 2013
and volume 3 for July 2014.

Remarks:
Volume I is about 90% complete, the final version is planed to have about
700 pages and many sections of the current version will be extensively revised.
At present, Volume II is the least developed, it is not
likely that I will be able to post it in the near future, only the table of
contents is available.
Volumes 1 & 3 are currently available (from a password protected
directory) to students in my courses. Please contact me for access the
text.
