Financial Aid

FOR PARTICIPANTS RECEIVING FINANCIAL AID

Financial aid will be determined after March 1, 2011

The financial aid deadline has been extended to April 15, 2011

Financial aid will be in the form of a travel reimbursement check. The check will be mailed to your home address and will take approximately three to four weeks to process. You will receive a travel reimbursement form upon arrival. You may either turn it in to Nancy Watson before departure or you may mail them.

The dormitory fee will be automatically deducted from your financial aid and the balance will be used for travel reimbursement.

Please be sure to keep all receipts.

Only itemized (detailed) meal receipts will be reimbursed.

Boarding passes are required for airfare reimbursement.
