The text for this course is Elementary Differential Equations and Boundary Value Problems by William E. Boyce and Richard C. DiPrima.

Before you run out and buy the book, either from the bookstore, through the Amazon link to the left, or from your favorite textbook vendor, there is one thing you will need to know: You will need a Wiley-PLUS Registration Code for this semester's course.

The new textbooks available from the bookstore include a Wiley-PLUS registration code. If they have used textbooks for sale, the most likely will not include the registration. Do the new textbooks from Amazon include a registration code? They don't seem to say.

Here's the good news: The Wiley-PLUS system give you access to the textbook in electronic form. It you don't need to have a bound copy of the text (you can format the files for printing), all you need is the Wiley-PLUS registration. You can purchase a registration code online. Just make sure you get the right one: the text is the NINTH Edition, and it includes BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEMS. If you do want to have a bound copy, a used book, even an older version, will likely suffice.
