Title: The well-posedness of a three-dimensional ice sheet model

Abstract: A three-dimensional incompressible non-Newtonian Stokes model for the ice sheet is considered. The Coulomb-type sliding boundary condition, which is physically preferable, is treated in this work. The existence and uniqueness of the solution to the model is obtained through a variational argument and a special type of Korn’s inequality. This is a joint work with Mauro Perego.
