You can stand up for what you believe in. You can call things as you see
them. No one is contesting that.
You can do so politely and in a civil tone. Being rude about it is
neither called for or necessary to expressing yourself, and only, at best,
serves to diminish the position that you try to represent, if not actually
close possible avenues of resolution. At the very best, it will cause
people to ignore you and whatever point you were trying to make.
If you cannot find a way to express what you mean without phrasing it in
an offensive manner, I'd advise that you talk it over with a friend first,
or at least someone you trust to understand what you mean and help you
shape it into a compelling point or pertinent question.
