Abstract

I shall provide an overview of some recent results concerning the existence and limiting behaviour (blow up) of solutions to elliptic boundary value problems with nonlinear Neumann boundary conditions. Particular emphasis will be placed on exponential boundary conditions of the type that show up in corrosion modeling.
