Title: Completely Positive Maps: A Diagrammatic Approach

Abstract: Physicists often come up with ways to understand mathematical objects with the aid of diagrams. Operations on finite dimensional complex vector spaces are staple in quantum physics and we will introduce diagrams that help describe many operations.

Completely Positive maps are a useful class of maps on complex square matrices that figure prominently in Physics. We will present a diagrammatic approach to understanding Choi's theorem that neatly characterizes completely positive maps.
