Where do they hear all this stuff? This is our problem, and while I think it speaks of a larger problem in the entire organization I am at a loss trying to understand how the rumors get around. Not that that's anything new, I don't get out much.

Who's talking? What are they saying? To whom? I hardly know what's going on at times, why would someone across the country even care?

(Further proof of the negative effects of "punish in private," a policy which I think really ought to be done away with, but that's an argument for another day.)
