In response to the following question from Kris Borer (sent to RC Jed Stancato and CC'd to Wes):
Jed,

I know the MST is a US Member. Is the CD also a member, and if so what country is he a member of?
> CD and MST they really
> have no bindings other than what White Wolf itself
> would want.

I believe you, but could you have the NC confirm this?
Thanks,

Wes responded with the following message, which was then forwarded by Kris to Steel Shadows:
It looks like quite a bit of conversation was snipped out, so I'm going to try the shotgun approach and see if I get close to answering the actual questions here.

If either Charles Bailey or Alex T punch another member, throw a tantrum at a game, overspend XP on their PCs, or otherwise break the rules in a way unrelated to their office, they are treated like any other member. As members, they are bound by all the same rules as anyone else.

Your issues, however, are not with anyone's conduct as a general member, but rather with how officers are performing the duties of their offices. Per the Handbook, those are handled first by speaking to the officer in question, finding a mutually acceptable mediator if possible, and then by consulting with that officer's supervisor. Even for officers outside the US heirarchy (such as the MST and CD), this is still generally a good idea.

Given issues with the MST's performance of his official duties, the proper course of action is to attempt to speak with Alex about it (which you did), try to find a mediator that Alex can agree to (I'm not sure if this has been done), and then to consult with his supervisor (Charles Bailey).

Given issues with the club director's performance of his official duties, you would talk to Charles about it, then try to find a mediator. As he has no supervisor within the bounds of the club, the next step is unavailable, though you could still send a letter to the director of marketing at White Wolf (who Charles reports to within the non-club corporate structure).

If I missed the point, please elaborate.
