I must respectfully disagree that Mr. Strauss' email resolves the legal issue. His assertion that his case and Jason's can be addressed separately without affecting each other is not accurate, in my judgment. Therefore, I can't really add anything to my previous comments.
To summarize from those earlier comments- in the end, this may very well come down to a perception issue, and a credibility issue. Some may believe that the MST removed Jason for valid reasons; others may not. Whether Jason's actions constitute appropriate and sufficient attempts to address Mr. Strauss' actions may be a matter for eternal debate, to note only one example, assuming that Alex was made aware of those actions. I really can't add to my previous comments until the legal issues that may range outside the Cam and the appeal issues within the Cam are resolved. At that time, then we may perhaps be able to re-engage on this issue for those who wish to discuss it further.
