Dear Mr. Bailey,
Even if there were one or two items on the site which were private, I don't see why that would be a reason to take the entire site down, as opposed to removing those items. And indeed, if there are any private items on it, I will remove them as soon as possible after being notified.
As for the specific item you mention, I believe you're referring to item 3 on April 19th, the e-mail Michael Strauss sent to you in response to an e-mail not on the site. Given that the e-mail was written and sent by Mr. Strauss, it belongs to him, and his permission is sufficient.
It would be a grave injustice if people were not allowed to share their own e-mails, as this particular situation demonstrates. Mr. Strauss has been accused of violating Camarilla rules based on the contents of that e-mail; if he could not make that e-mail public, he would have had no way to demonstrate that the accusations were false.
In response to your question, I don't know how familiar you are with the current situation (although if you've read the website, you're probably caught up by now), but the MST has removed Mr. Patton from office and been extremely uncooperative about explaining his actions to the domain. I put up the site for two reasons. The first is to provide a resource for members of our domain, so that we can try to piece the situation together despite the MST's lack of cooperation. The second is so that we will have a single resource we can show to other members of the Camarilla.
If you have any other concerns with the site, or any information you feel it is missing, please let me know.
Thank you for your time.
