Ummm I'm curious. Are you saying that the "Global Officers" are not bound by the Membership Handbook as submitted by the Camarilla Fan Club through it's parent corporate entity White Wolf? You use the word "necessarily" which could also indicate that they are bound by some strictures and not by others. If this later is the case, which parts of the Membership Handbook are the members who are "Global Officers" bound by and which ones can they ignore?

I've been silent up till know, but there are some concerns with how this was handled. It would almost appear that there really needs to be no effort picking a new DST because if they say anything that the MST doesn't like, or doesn't do exactly what the MST instructs when the MST instructs, they will be cast out with no explanation. That being so, I recomend we not bother with electing, we just ask the MST to pick which person here in this Domain least offends him. Sorry Strauss, that leasve you and me out...
