The MST, as a Global officer, is not necessarily bound by the MH. Even so, to the best of my knowledge, this is one of the aspects that was issued under the combined authority of the MST and the Club Director. Hope that clarifies.

Henry, as mentioned before, I believe that the MST has said all he plans to say on this matter over this forum. That's why I suggested that the matter may be at an impasse, and perhaps we might move on to other points, such as discussion of a new DST. I'm not sure that further commentary on this will bring greater insight, and I believe that we may be able to accomplish more by looking to actions that we can undertake.

With that in mind, I'd like to remind folks that today is 16 May, and DST applications are due by 11:59 PM on 20 May. I've heard that there are others who intend to apply, but whose applications I have not yet received. If you're planning to apply, please take note, because time grows short.
