Part of the ruling limits the ability of Jason and Mike to hold ST office; hence my comment on their re-electability. That's all I meant with that.
The rest of your email gets into what the MST had in mind, and what he considered to be addressing the actions of an ADST, and whether Alex was informed that Jason had talked to a Coord about this. I'd ask that we go no further on these points, please, because I cannot speak to intent, and what the MST knew or didn't know, or whether he felt that Jason's actions were really corrective, if Jason even told Alex about talking to a Coord. I can't speak to that.
