I would like to voice that Mr. Patton, as DST did approach me, CC of CSL Chapter, regarding the issue involving Mr. Strauss' actions. He approached me the evening following the incident asking for me to investigate Mr. Strauss' actions and follow through with any diciplinary actions that I felt necessary as Mr. Strauss is a member of my chapter. I followed through with the investigation, levied a disciplinary action and reported such in my monthly report sent to the appropriate chapter, domain coordinator and region lists. Since Mr. Patton did take steps to correct his assistant's actions, there must be a different explanation. I hope that the MST will be able to clarify this for us.

Also, to clarify, the MST, Mr. Alex Teodorescu-Badia, exercised his authority to remove a DST by fiat, not as a disciplinary action.
