E-mail from Michael Strauss to the Club Director

Charles,
I ask you to re-read my letter again. Based on your response, I must assume you only skimmed it or did not read it carefully enough. In reference to the GTL, I never claimed he did not have the authority to do as he did. In fact, I state outright that he does have the authority, but that I feel that it was not used with the appropriate amount of care and responsibility that such absolute power should be used with.

You seem to have lumped in my statements about the XP cap policy and his response to me with my statements about the GTL. They are distinct issues and while they had some parallels and interacted a bit, I dealt with each of them separately. You also seem to have conveniently ignored the the actions taken by the MST that are in violation of the Code of Conduct (namely his threats towards me and his escalation of the situation).

I am more than willing to accept a rebuke if it is given fairly and equally. But, until the MST is called down for his inappropriate actions, I feel that your response is one-sided, does not cover the entirety of the issues presented, and is imprecise as to the details of the situation.
