I agree.
Seriously, if the council's "decision" weren't so poorly
lacking in
content, we wouldn't have spent the last three days and 120 messages
trying to figure it out.
Can we just return it and demand something with substance?
Something that lists the charges and the reasons for the decison?
Aren't they required to provide that? Aren't they failing utterly?
