That's what we disagree with. This item should not have been a
notification, and that having it be a notification is an abuse of the
power of the MSTs office, and an insult to the local storytelling chain.
Everything else--Jason being punished, our domain not having a DST--are
incidental to that.

Also, the mechanics of the merit are stupid.

Nonsense. Every VST I've ever met, if their DST told them that they were
just itching to deny something, would approve it in a heartbeat; it takes
the responsibility of an upset player off their shoulders.
