Actually, as you've proven in your e-mails, there is "getting off on a
technicality" in the Cam. Alex's actions were clearly against the CoC and in
violation of CMH. As a member of the Camarilla USA, he can be punished by his
DC, RC, and NC (you). As a TECHNICALITY, his actions were taken while acting
as MST, and thus, you claim, only punishable by the Club Director. Thus, Alex
gets off on a technicality, while Jason doesn't.
