They didn't even bother to check. No one ever asked me. If that were to
be the basis of their argument, wouldn't it be intelligent to ask?

Second, check the timing.

4/13: Mike and Jason make comments.
4/18: Alex threatens to fire them.
4/20: I read the application for the first time, asking questions.
5/4: Jason is fired.

What did you want Jason to do? What timing would have been more
appropriate? And my questions still haven't been answered, which is why
the app still sits at pending low, for ONE HUNDRED FOURTY EIGHT days. Why
haven't I been fired?
