I think that if I had the level of authority you're implying here, I
could very easily use it to transform the Cam into a (hopefully
benevolent) dictatorship. In reality, my actual authority is defined
very narrowly in the Handbook, and does not include supervisory
authority over any global officer.

Alex's supervisor is Charles Bailey. Charles is the only one in a
position to take action against Alex for anything inappropriate done
in the performance of his duties as MST.
