Rumor to the contrary, it looks like only the BCC issue got sent to
Mike's CC, not the CoC issues.

I'm not in a position to officially decide whether Alex over-reacted.
Jason under-reacted to Mike going "too far," though, and that was one
component in the final decision. Even something as minor as telling
Mike to keep quiet and then trying to back things off to a reasonable
tone would have gone a long ways towards making me feel like he had
put forth an effort to be cooperative.

If you're at NWRE, ICC, or some other event that I might also be
attending, I'd love a chance to sit down and talk general theory and
trade personal opinions on what should or should not have been done.
Since I'm signing these emails with an official Cam title, though,
it's probably best if I decline to go down this path for now, since
it's well outside the scope of my authority.
