Why was Jason denied his right to: a) appeal before the "disciplinary
action" took effect. b) the right to present a defense and c) the right to
see the charges actually brought against him? (Thanks Henry)
Inquiring minds want to know? And can a grievance be filed against the
officer(s) who denied him of these rights?
