While we're on the subject of Jason's and Strauss' disciplinary
actions, a number of guarantees from the Membership Handbook were
ignored when they were being punished (the right to present a defense,
the right to see the charges against him, and the right to appeal
before the decision took effect).
The issue hasn't come up for a while since we've been
discussing the election, but I don't want it to fall entirely by the
wayside. What has been done (or is being done) to deal with that?
