Yes, and the questionable nature of it was discussed when it was first
thought to be put into place. There were people, at that time, that were
worried about the abuses of such a power, as well as questioning the
necessity of it. This opinion is not new. Since the rule came into the cam
constitution, obviously, it was outvoted, but it isn't a crazy or even
extremely rare opinion, nothing to do with this situation right now.
