The earliest checkin is on Sunday, May 21. You will not be able to find hotel space on Saturday, May 20 as this is graduation weekend for Carnegie Mellon. Please make your flight reservations to arrive on Sunday, May 21.

The rate is
Sunday: $169 plus 14% daily tax
Monday through Thursday: the rate is $105 per night plus 14% daily tax

Carnegie Mellon University Dorm

New House

A block of rooms have been reserved on campus in the New House dormitory

Rate is:

  • Single Occupancy: $54.00 per night
  • Double Occupancy: $27.00 per person
  • Rate is subject to change.
  • Accommodations provide air conditioned single and double rooms in a traditional undergraduate residential facility, which include a bed, desk, dresser, closet or wardrobe.

    The bathroom situation is community bath - 2 bathrooms (male/female) on each floor. Each bathroom has a common sink/vanity setup, 3 private shower stahls, a handicapped shower and 3 or 4 individual toilet stahls. There is also a tub room with a bathtub on every floor. All guests are provided with linens (flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillow, pillow case, blanket, bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth).
