This course will present a number of combinatorial games and puzzles, focusing on those for which there exist mathematical techniques for solving them. (The link to a previous instantiation of the course below suggests the kinds of topics we'll be covering.)
Time and Place: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2:30-3:20 in WEH 8201
Office hours (Frieze): Wednesday, Thursday, 11:00 -- 12: 00AM, WEH6204.
Grading will be fairly informal, and based on homework assignments and class participtation, and class presentation.
