This position is currently OPEN in Norfolk, Virginia. Job Description - Ownership of overall project schedules and detailed release schedules (from end of testing through first customer shipment)
- Coordinate various departments included in release process including Engineering, Marketing, Documentation and Production
- Manage all pre-release activity
- Chair release coordination meetings including tracking and resolution of open issues managing closure
- Ensure conformance to internal development guidelines
Job Requirements - Extensive experience in a BSD, Linux or Unix test environment
- 4 years minimum experience in commercial software development using structured development processes
- Strong interpersonal communications skills
- IA/x86, PowerPC, XScale and/or MIPS experience preferred
- BS/MS in Computer Science strongly preferred
