Photocopies of the Introduction and Chapter 1 are currently available from Ferna Hartman in 6113 Wean Hall. Later chapters are coming soon.
There are two copies on two-hour loan in the circulation desk of the CMU Engineering and Science library; call number 510.12 K962S.
There are two copies in the University of Pittsburgh Mathematics Library (430 Thackeray Hall); call number QA248.K75. For CMU students to borrow books from Pitt libraries, it is necessary to get a reciprocal borrower's card at the circulation desk in Hillman Library.
A student tried to order the book directly from the publisher, Elsevier, several months ago and just received a letter saying that it is out of print.
Keep in mind if shopping online for a used copy that both hardback and softback versions of the book exist.
