21-110 Problem Solving in Recreational Mathematics Fall or Spring: 9 units The emphasis is on learning to solve problems in elementary mathematics. Topics may vary among offerings of the course, but typically include puzzles, algebraic problems, number theory, and graph theory. 3 hrs. lec Enrollment is limited to humanities students. |
