Each department in the College may require one course in the Spring. Mathematical Sciences requires 21-127 Concepts of Mathematics.

The Mellon College of Sciences policy on Advanced Placement might be of interest as might suggestions of what a student starting calculus should know.

Students planning to continue in Computer Science courses other than 15-200 Data Structures will need to take either 15-111 Intermediate/Advanced Programming instead of 15-100 or take 15-121 Advanced Programming after taking 15-100.
