21-725 Intermediate Topics in Analysis
6 units

This half-semester course offers graduate students in analysis an introduction to topics which are of interest to departmental faculty, but without requiring the level of preparation necessary for the course 21-820 (Advanced Topics in Analysis). Possible topics are numerical partial differential equations, calculus of variations, algebraic topology, and geometric measure theory. This course may be taken more than once if the content is sufficiently different.
