Title: Passive Tracers in a Slowly Decorrelating Random Velocity Field

Abstract: In random media transport of large-scale physical parameters may occur on different time scales. This can arise due to long-range correlations in the media. We illustrate it on a simple example of a particle advected by a random row $V$. if $V$ is slowly decorrelating, then the large-scale long-time asymptotic behavior of the particle may be described by a fractional Brownian motion on a slow time-scale, whereas the distance between two particles has diffusive behavior on an even slower time-scale.
