Title: Global hypoelliptic estimates for linearized Boltzmann operator without angular cutoff

Abstract: Abstract: For long range interaction potential, we prove global and sharp hypoelliptic estimates for the linearization of the Boltzmann equation near Global maxwellian. The technics used to get such results apply to other various similar models, such as for example Landau equation. This is a joint work with Frédéric Hérau (Nantes, France) and Wei-Xi Li (Nantes) and uses recent methods introduced by Frédéric Hérau and Karel Pravda-Starov (Cergy-Pontoise) on one hand and our recent joint results with Yoshinori Morimoto (Kyoto), Seiji Ukai (Kyoto), Chao-Jiang Xu (Rouen) and Tong Yang (Hong Kong).
