If you are a speaker or organizer whose expenses are being paid by NYU, the conference organizers will be in touch with you about accommodation arrangements. All other participants must make their own arrangements.

A block of room has been established at Club Quarters Hotel Wall Street, locating at 52 William Street, New York, NY 10005. This hotel is in the financial district, about 25 minutes door-to-door via subway (40 minutes by foot) from NYU. The blocked rooms have one queen-size bed (they are the "standard room" category in the "room types" section of the hotel's website). The conference rate is $159/night plus tax (about $187/night total) for single occupancy, with an additional charge of $18/night for double occupancy. Early January is a slow period for many NY hotels. Discounted rates may be available, for example through travel websites such as Expedia.
