Title: Well/ill-posedness issues for equations modelling incompressible fluid flow

Abstract: We discuss several recent results on the well/illposedness issues for the Euler equations for incompressible flow and related models. We will talk about two different kinds of instabilities which relate to ill-posedness in critical spaces as well as non-uniqueness at low regularity. Some of the results discussed are joint works with Nader Masmoudi, Frederic Bernicot, and Sahbi Keraani.
