Take the elevator in wean hall to the first floor.
Go outside of wean hall through the glass doors.
Walk forward about 15 feet, thus crossing a small street.
You will now be on a sidewalk. Follow it.
It will spit you out into an open area with concrete tables and benches.
Turn left and walk to the end of the tables and benches.
Go in the glass door and walk forward through a second door.
At this point either shout or turn right and go to the end of the cubicles.
